Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Depolay subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

2. Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the first time they purchase a Depolay subscription.

After the 14-day refund period has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for unused subscription time.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are billed automatically at the beginning of each new billing period. Refunds for renewal charges are not provided once a new billing period has started.

4. Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Depolay does not process payments directly and does not store payment card details.
