Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Depolay subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Because Depolay is a digital software service with instant access, we generally do not offer refunds.
- No Refunds for Unused Time: There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or for months where your account remains open but you do not use the Service.
- Exceptions: We will issue refunds only if required by applicable law in your jurisdiction or in cases of proven billing errors attributable to Depolay.
Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Any refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with Paddle’s payment processing policies and applicable law.
3. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. Once the trial ends and your paid subscription begins, the no-refund policy described above applies.
